• Claim 1 (outdated): CityU operates the "State Key Laboratory in Marine Pollution (SKLMP, 2010)".
• Verified conclusion 1: SKLMP (marine pollution, founded 2010) was approved by the national Ministry of Science and Technology in 2025 for restructuring and renaming as the "State Key Laboratory of Marine Environmental Health" (SKLMEH). # IV. This site's three-round verification process

Every key piece of factual information on this site goes through the following process; anything that cannot clear the evidential bar is downgraded / rewritten / discarded:

• Sections III (unverified) and II (contested) of this report are mostly products of round ③, the counter-evidence search: it was precisely through actively searching for counter-evidence that it came to light that Universitas 21's member is in fact HKU, the Chemical Biology SKL in fact belongs to PolyU, and the three alumni in fact graduated elsewhere.
• "Not found" is also a conclusion: anything that cannot be confirmed is written as "unverified / not applicable to this university" — no blanks left, nothing fabricated.

# V. Credibility and anonymisation principles (site-wide policy)

• Source pyramid: primary (official/annual reports/announcements/government archives/original data) > secondary (reputable media/peer-reviewed) > tertiary (Wikipedia/aggregators). Wikipedia is a lead only, never a terminal source.
